1. About Anon Art
Anon Art is a contemporary studio practice producing limited edition artworks. All works are created, curated, and released by the studio and offered for sale directly through this website.
2. Use of the Website
This website is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You may browse, view, and purchase works for your own use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the site or its content without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
3. Limited Edition Works
All artworks sold by Anon Art are limited editions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Edition sizes are fixed at the time of release
- Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced
- Availability is subject to change without notice
Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of printing and display differences. These variations do not constitute a fault.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse of the site.
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store payment card details.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production timelines, and external factors outside our control.
Anon Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or third-party couriers.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the limited edition and made-to-order nature of the works, returns are accepted only where an item arrives damaged or materially defective.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor print variations
- Damage caused after delivery
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artworks, images, text, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Anon Art or its licensors.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any work without express written consent.
9. Resale and Commercial Use
Works purchased from Anon Art are intended for private ownership.
Commercial reproduction, licensing, or use of the works in promotional materials, advertising, or resale platforms requires prior written agreement.
Anon Art does not authorise mass resale, commercial distribution, or third-party merchandising.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anon Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of works.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
