Shipping & Returns

All Anon Art works are produced to order, each piece is printed specifically for you, carefully prepared, and quality checked before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders typically enter production within 2 hours of purchase. Please allow 2–5 working days for printing prior to dispatch.

Delivery times vary by location. UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information is provided where available.

All prints are securely packaged using professional materials designed to protect the artwork during transit.

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theanonart.com. Please include your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges applied by local authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
